On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. Therefore, we would like to inform you about the principles of processing personal data by us, as well as your rights.

We inform you that the Administrator of your data is Maxia Sp. z o. o. Sp. k., located at Rydzowa 5, 91-211 Łódź, Poland.

As the data administrator, we would like to inform you that personal data is collected and processed with your consent for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations, based on Article 6(1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

The purpose of processing is to fulfill your orders, support you as a customer, execute our legal obligations, and, if you have given us your consent, for marketing purposes. We also share your data with cooperating companies, but only if you have consented to this.

You have the right to access your personal data and receive a copy, to rectify, delete, restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent to their processing.

Your data may also be shared with external entities that provide support to us in fulfilling our obligations, such as courier, consulting, or auditing companies.

Your data will be stored for the duration necessary to fulfill our services and obligations or until you express your objection. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
